Working Principle

The machine introduces air into a foaming agent solution and, through heating and pressurization, forms a foamed material filled with bubbles. Different models vary in their gas introduction methods, resulting in varying effects.

Two essential factors are required for foam formation:  

1. Foaming agent solution Without it, the liquid film surrounding the gas cannot form, and no bubbles will be produced.  

2. AirWithout gas, foam cannot form even with a foaming agent solution.  

In the bubble formation system:  

- The foaming agent solution acts as the dispersion medium.  

- The gas serves as the dispersed phase.  

Gas must be dispersed into the liquid to form bubbles, which then aggregate into foam.
